Long Answer
IBV International Vaults allows clients to grant access to trusted individuals, such as family
members or solicitors. To do so, submit a formal request to your branch, providing the
authorised person’s identification details. The branch will review the request and, upon
approval, update access permissions accordingly. You might have to visit the vault for
physical onboarding of the secondary keyholder(s). This process ensures that only
individuals you trust can access your safe deposit box, maintaining the security and
confidentiality of your stored items.
