As the festive season approached, IBV International Vaults in London hosted a sophisticated winter soirée—an intimate evening where heritage, indulgence, and holiday spirit came together in perfect harmony.
Set against the backdrop of our private Mayfair vaults, the event welcomed guests into a warm and refined setting, styled with subtle nods to the season. The wood-panelled interiors, soft lighting, and touches of festive decor created a space that felt both exclusive and inviting.
The evening featured a series of carefully curated experiences, beginning with exquisite tastings of Exmoor Caviar, celebrated for its rich, delicate flavour and exceptional quality. Served with expert guidance, each bite was paired beautifully with champagne, setting the tone for a night of refinement.
Guests were also treated to a guided tasting of the legendary Louis XIII Cognac, served in iconic Baccarat crystal glasses. As always, the Louis XIII experience offered more than a sip—it was a moment of deep appreciation for time, craftsmanship, and sensory elegance.
Culinary excellence was at the heart of the evening, with seasonal canapés and delicacies by the renowned Dorchester Collection . The catering, both exquisite and comforting, added warmth and celebration to the gathering.
In between tastings, guests enjoyed private tours of the vaults, where they experienced first-hand the fusion of old-world craftsmanship and modern security that defines IBV. The tours gave insight into the heritage and detail behind our private safe deposit facilities.
