On Thursday, 7th December 2023, IBV International Vaults in Mayfair, London, hosted a special evening to mark the close of the year—bringing together clients, partners, and friends for a night of celebration, appreciation, and elegant connection.
Featuring the evocative works of Ruby Read and Giulio Cinti, the evening celebrated texture, form, and the transformative power of artistic expression. Thoughtfully curated within IBV’s gleaming bullion-lined interiors, the exhibition invited guests to engage with each piece in a setting where privacy and sophistication coexisted seamlessly.
Set within our distinguished vault facility—rich with Victorian detailing, carved woodwork, and timeless charm—the venue offered a warm and atmospheric escape from the winter chill. The blend of heritage interiors and refined modern touches created the perfect setting for a relaxed and luxurious gathering.
Guests were treated to a captivating demonstration by Montblanc, offering a closer look at the artistry behind their iconic writing instruments. Alongside this, displays of exquisite jewellery and rare collectibles from The Royal Mint, including coins, watches, and bullion, drew attention and admiration throughout the evening.
The atmosphere was elevated further by the stirring sounds of Stringz, a gifted violinist whose live performance added a graceful rhythm to the night. Champagne flowed, glasses sparkled, and a selection of beautifully prepared canapés—catered by The Dorchester—delighted all in attendance.
This event was not only a celebration of the year gone by, but also a reflection of the values that bring the IBV community together: trust, excellence, and enduring relationships. Every detail, from the setting to the experiences, was crafted to express our sincere appreciation to those who have journeyed with us.
